We consider investments in financial services businesses requiring growth capital. Within the financial services sector, we focus primarily on insurance to take advantage of the unprecedented disparity between short-term valuations and long-term growth and profitability.

We typically seek to achieve control or shared control with like-minded investors as in our experience this is the most effective formula to create value in partnership with the companies’ management teams. We are hands-on managers and typically seek direct board representation. We also work closely with experienced outside consultants to improve and add value to specific business areas and processes within the companies we invest in.
